Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation. All returned items must be unused, intact, and in original condition with all packaging and tags attached. Used, personalized, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receipt and provide valid photo evidence. Qualified cases will be offered a free return or full refund solution.
2. Shipping Cost Rule
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for voluntary returns of non-defective items. We will cover all return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly due to our error.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned parcel is received and inspected by our warehouse, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Any additional bank processing delays of 2–15 working days are beyond our responsibility.
4. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be fully refunded if a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours after purchase. All orders that have been shipped are subject to the above return policy terms.
